    As a Gaza-native, Takween moved to Michigan over 35 years ago and understands firsthand the implications of mental health griefs resulting from displacement, war, and generational trauma.

    As a native Michigander, Aminh cares deeply for community work. Her specialty includes working with young adults navigating adulthood, couples seeking counseling, and families with Special Needs.

  • Jessica Gardiner, LLP utilizes various approaches such as CBT, DBT, humanistic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed therapy. After completing Level 1 of the Traditional Islamically Integrated Psychology training at the Khalil Center, Jessica incorporates spiritually guided themes into her sessions.

    She brings experience as a school teacher in Detroit and enjoys developing psycho-educational training for children.
